COVID Market Overview

Throughout Q2-Q4 of 2020 Newmark was in continuous contact with its clients, who were seeking visibility into market conditions during Covid-19 as transaction volume plummeted. Typical touchpoints for contacting a client about a specific investment opportunity were more scarce. These State of the Market presentations were tweaked slightly depending on a client’s specific interest and investment criteria (ie. more focused on downtown DC vs suburbs, property type focus, etc.) but served as a great touchpoint to stay engaged and were well received by the investor community.
